E-Commerce Analyst

This privately owned multi-channel retailer is a market leader in its field and is continuing to grow rapidly. It has enjoyed double digit growth this year and is continuing to grow both market share and its customer base. As a result it is investing significantly in its ecommerce operation and consequently is seeking an important role for this team.

They are seeking an analyst whose role will focus on analysis of web visitor behaviour, providing insight on how to improve customer journeys, providing insight on customer behaviour across web sites to inform visual merchandising decisions, including homepages, search and navigation. Equally the role will include, testing new user journeys, competitor analysis and regular and ad hoc reporting.

You will have advanced level Web analytics and data analysis skills, including using Google analytics, which is essential for the role, coupled with Excel and ideally Adobe analytics. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Berks
