Business Insight Analyst

The company is a £multi-million professional services consultancy providing specialist advice to a wide range of blue chip and medium sized companies. Currently going through a significant growth phase, they are ambitious to strengthen their head office team. As a result they are now keen to recruit a Business Insight Analyst to support the commercial teams in identifying opportunities in people, processes and systems.
As business Insight Analyst your focus will be to improve current reporting processes and tools to make critical information more readily available and as accurate as possible. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare ad hoc analyses and assess and interpret customer data to promote understanding of overall business and market trends. You will also develop and improve understanding of customer segmentation to identify business issues and market opportunities, utilising data sources to highlight market trends.
To apply, you will have a good understanding of CRM systems (knowledge of MS Dynamics an advantage), advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You will also be able to translate complex data sets into simple reports/slide sets.
