PC816 This leading national retailer is seeking an individual to be responsible for managing and developing a customer contact centre. Reporting to a senior manager you will ensure the customer services team delivers a‘ best in class’ service and work closely with key internal teams to ensure the business is at the forefront of customer interaction whilst managing staffing levels and costs.
