Antony founded Premier Consultants in 1992. He graduated from Goldsmiths College, and then joined The Observer Newspaper. Antony began his career in recruitment with LJ Associates before joining The Lloyd Group, working on a range of assignments within both the traditional FMCG arena as well as exploiting new market sectors. He is particularly recognised as an expert within the head office retail and marketing arenas, with considerable expertise in resourcing Buying, Merchandising and Supply Chain executives, at senior and mid-management levels.
