Senior Customer Insight Manager

c.£65k plus car & bonus

A high street non-food retailer is seeking a Customer Insight Manager to play a key role in developing its future customer marketing strategy by leveraging the customer data created by its highly respected loyalty programme and commissioning market research. Leading a team of analysts, your main focus will be to deliver compelling customer insight to support senior managers and where appropriate make recommendations that will have an impact across the business. You will need previous customer insight experience from either an FMCG, retail, financial or business to consumer environment ideally with exposure to data from a loyalty programme. With proven project management and leadership skills you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to fulfil what will be a high profile and important role in this market leading company.
