Web-Site Manager

c.£55k plus car and bonus

Exciting opportunity within a leading fashion retailer. This is a senior and high profile position and will involve close liaison with the Head of E-Commerce. The key remit will be to develop an effective website strategy, focusing upon maximising customer conversion, driving sales growth, and managing a web-site team and external agencies. The role will also encompass enhancing marketing channels including paid search, SEO, affiliates and partners, as well as managing the communication of E-Commerce projects to the business.

To apply, you will possess a strong commercial aptitude, coupled with good analytical and communication skills. At interview you will be able to demonstrate proven e-commerce experience within a dynamic fmcg sector in terms of developing and optimising websites and managing change. An ideas person is required, someone who can apply a good creative approach to each assignment, couple with the maturity and presentation skills to influence senior managers. An understanding of Omniture would also be useful. London
