Real Scope For Developing A Total Buying Strategy
Location: South-East

Our client is a well established, highly successful and fast growing retail organisation, with significant presence in the Personal and Hair Care markets across the UK and worldwide. They are now seeking three individuals with proven buying ability to take charge of their key categories to ensure the business sustains the momentum and continues to achieve a competitive edge.

The objective of each role will be to make a significant impact upon business development. Your brief will include identifying and developing new category opportunities, you will focus upon introducing strategies for sourcing and range development, and will be expected to address the entire buying mix, including establishing effective supplier partnerships.

To succeed, you will be highly resourceful, resilient and have well-developed communication and presentation skills. Added to this must be the desire to work in a hands-on and fast moving sector and the determination to succeed in a fiercely competitive market. It is likely you will currently be operating with a retail multiple or similar commercial environment.

The satisfaction of being able to put bright ideas into practice, and fast, is one of the major attractions of this company.
