In 2009 Jane Revell-Higgins and Russell White together saw an opportunity that would add real value to the mail order and on-line retailers. There was ‘recognition’ that they both shared many contacts and saw there is a requirement in the sector for a dedicated service to furnish the resourcing needs of these sectors at different levels. Launched at ECMOD 2009Expert Register's goal is to support members of The Catalogue Exchange, as well as other companies in the market sector with all their recruitment and consultancy needs.
Our client is a well-known high street fashion retailer. As part of their growth strategy within the E-commerce space, they are now keen to strengthen this key division by resourcing a high calibre Multimedia Web Designer.
The focus of this position will be to drive forward the onsite presentation for their well-known site to give both a creative and commercial edge on the competition, as well as include the integration of more dynamic and interactive elements into the site. Strong creative skills and a track record in producing cutting edge artwork and designs in an online environment is a prerequisite. Ideally the candidate will have experience working with a number of ecommerce players.
For this role you will need skills and experience in Photoshop, Flash and experience with Dreamweaver or equivalent. A sound knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS is required. along with strong Flash skills, including ActionScript animation. This role reports to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager. London
