Despite everyone's best efforts to create a recession and make mass redundancies, the market remains strong and indeed we are seeing an increase in the numbers of briefs - both formal and informal. All our market sectors - including retail and financial services - are hiring at one level or another, so it is not all doom and gloom. We are aware of some businesses using this time to 'restructure' and make redundancies. Generally we are optimistic with regards to the next fiscal quarter! We look forward to hearing from people, either seeking work, or seeking people as we think this will be the best time in 2008 to carry out a move.
