Business Analyst
A new exciting loyalty programme will be launching in the New Year that will drive incremental sales for retailers and provide consumers with more choice yet build retention and loyalty with certain key brands. This exciting new launch, arguably the biggest marketing initiative in 2012, will generate substantial amounts of data that will provide valuable insight into consumer behaviour and help expand the programme. A business analyst is sought who will work closely with the senior management of the company and help them refine and develop the loyalty programme and provide information to aid in presentations with the clients as well as help in developing the overall business strategy. You will need to have proven experience in providing business analysis in a service organisation, preferably using customer data coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen. London.
