One of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK is seeking an individual to play a key role across a number of its successful websites. Reporting to the Head of CRM you will be responsible for managing the e-mail marketing programme to its existing customers. You will have to day management of the customer communication plan, writing copy and HTML to deliver agreed revenue, retention and re-activation targets as well as providing weekly campaign reports with results and make recommendations to refine the programme and increase its success. Previous marketing online communications experience including email marketing is essential coupled with proven copywriting skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Windsor
